    The YCM7 Series Molded Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB) is next-generation. Designed for usage in AC 50Hz networks, it offers a rated insulation voltage of 800V and operating current up to 800A, hence perfect for high demand settings including solar energy systems, commercial buildings, and industrial plants. This breaker guarantees exceptional protection against undervoltage, short circuit, and overload, therefore safeguarding your electric motors and power supply system.

    The YCM7 MCCB is a robust, high-performance, low-arc energy, compact design solution for main distribution panels with features including strong short-circuit breaking capacity and low arc energy. Installing it both vertically and horizontally provides adaptability in panel design. Designed to satisfy IEC 60947-2 criteria, this circuit breaker provides reliable performance, hence ideal for effective and safe power regulation.

    Operating Conditions

    Maximum Altitude: It is designed to work best at elevations less than 2000 meters above sea level.

    Temperature Range: Reliable in temperatures range from -5°C to +40°C at room temperature and up to +45°C when being transported or stored.

    humidity Tolerance: Made to work well in places with a lot of dampness, so it doesn't break down over time.

    Antibacterial Properties: It was made with materials that don't let microbes or bacteria grow, so it can be used in clean and germ-free places.

    Radiation Resistance: Able to work in places with low amounts of nuclear radiation without losing performance.

    Inclination Endurance: It can work steadily at an angle of up to 22.5°, making it good for mobile or tilted setups.

    Mechanical vibrations are common in places like marine boats and mobile units, but this product works well in those conditions.

    Earthquake Proof: Made to keep working normally during earthquakes with a shock force of up to 4g, making it safe for places that are prone to earthquakes.

    The circuit breaker (for power distribution) uses a reverse-time breaking characteristic for overcurrent release in all pole states. At a temperature of 40°C, it is turned on at the same time.

    The following sheet shows the inverse time limit characteristic for an electric motor safety breaker with power applied to every pole when the temperature outside is ±40°C. This does not take temperature into account.

    The short-circuit closure for the breaker works in the following ways:

    There is an instant trip for power distribution: I = 10In

    Instant trip (to protect the motor): I = 12In

    Accuracy of the current setting: ±20%
